Compo

Reon Ho, a writer in my class, whose writing I enjoy, graces my blog.

"Ahh!" I yelled. I had this toothache for two long months. I was at the dental clinic, when I heard a boy yell as I opened the door. I was so terrified I jumped out of my skin. Time to hit the road, I said to myself. It was too late. The nurse had called my name. It was my turn. Gulp! The dentist extracted my tooth and proceeded to stuff it into my nostril! I was suffocating! I could not breathe! The dentist was mad! I screamed just like how the boy did earlier.
"Rise and shine!" my father said. Huh? It was just a dream. Phew! I really did think I was going to die.

Below is Chun Pu’s introductory paragraph (they are instructed by me never to begin compositions with "One day", "Last week"):
The rays of the sun filtered through the window panes as the earth was bathed with a warm rosy glow. I woke up when the clock went off shrilly. My eyelids felt as heavy as lead.
